Chinese philosophy teach us about yin and yang, science teaches us the laws of conservation. Life teaches us that there is a significant other somewhere out there, history teaches us that we don't always find what we're looking for.
For every whole there is two halves, for every equal there is an opposite. For day has night, winter has summer and even the devil dreams of an angel.
Unfortunately, day will never meet night and winter will never embrace the warmth of summer, and even the devil may cry as he watches from below.
Thus is the duality that exists and only a select few are able to tread on the fine line that exists between the quiescent complements.
